A vibrant place with a lively theatre needs an attractive dining experience. The goal is to create a creative, seasonal, and local menu that provides catering for the theatre and events, as well as à la carte service.

The public facility could, for example, be operated on a lease basis, in accordance with the regenerative principles and mission statement of the project. We hope that the facility could also serve as a work integration project.
