Das Gesamtprojekt zukunft.bahnhof wurde mit initiiert von der gleichnamigen Stiftung. Das Stiftungsvermögen dient dazu, das Projekt aufzubauen und die denkmalgeschützte Bahnhalle zu sanieren. Mittelfristig soll das Gesamtprojekt auf eigenen Beinen stehen.
Das Gesamtprojekt ist unterteilt in fünf operative Bereiche, die je eigenständig agieren: wohnen, kultur, gastronomie, impact lab, stiftung. Die Bereiche werden unterstützt von einem kleinen Team, das verschiedene Querschnittsaufgaben übernimmt. Das Gefäss des “Koordinationskreises” sorgt für einen regelmässigen Austausch zwischen den Bereichen.
Der Stiftungsrat ermöglicht die Startphase bis zur Sanierung der Bahnhalle und berät und unterstützt das Gesamtprojekt in strategischen Fragen.

The ecosystem:
Anyone who resonates with our DNA can actively participate and contribute to what happens on site.
The overall structure of the project is defined on the basis of four levels.
A foundation was developed based on the DNA, on which the areas (Bereiche) are based and everything happens within the ecosystem.
As illustrated in the graphic below, the DNA should constantly flow into the ecosystem, and the ecosystem then influences the evolution of DNA in the long term.
